H2O Innovation Inc. announced its partnership with Rockwell Automation Inc. (ROK) in the Rockwell Automation OEM Program. The program will benefit H2O Innovation through latest innovation and technology advancements.
The OEM Program is a part of the Rockwell Automation PartnerNetwork. The PartnerNetwork framework offers global manufacturers easy access to a collaborative network of companies. The network concentrates on the development and implementation of best-in-breed solutions to achieve plant wide optimization, improve machine performance and meet sustainability objectives.
H2O Innovation designs and provides state-of-the-art, custom-built and integrated water treatment solutions. H2O Innovation is currently the sole partner of the Rockwell’s PartnerNetwork which is dedicated to the development of integrated water treatment solutions. The OEM program will assist H2O Innovation to offer competitive pricing to its clients.
Rockwell Automation, which belongs to the industrial automation industry along with HollySys Automation Technologies, Ltd. (HOLI), iRobot Corporation (IRBT) and ECOtality, Inc. (ECTY), reported second-quarter fiscal 2013 adjusted earnings of $1.33 per share, up 11% from $1.20 per share earned in the prior-year quarter. The results beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.30.
Rockwell Automation lowered its sales guidance to the range of $6.25 billion to $6.45 billion for fiscal 2013 based on the anticipation that sluggish market conditions would persist. Outlook for earnings per share was also revised to a new band of $5.40 to $5.70 per share.
