LEXINGTON, Ky., April 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Spara, LLC has regained the control of Lexington Logistics (“LL”), a plastic thermoformer in Portage, Wisconsin. Spara, LLC has immediately deployed a management team to assess and stabilize the business. Spara is collaborating with Fifth Third Bank, LL’s senior secured lender, on this effort. As part of the transition, Mike Ceming has resigned from the role of President of Lexington Logistics.
