residence “Le Cambridge” located in Pointe-Claire previously owned by
le Fonds immobilier de solidarit FTQ and Pr vel Retraite. The details
of the transaction are confidential.

Le Cambridge is an established and renowned complex with 530 apartments
for clients 60 years of age and older seeking a high-quality residence
at a competitive price. “We are very happy to add this prestigious
building to our network of private residences since it fits in quite
well with the rest of our portfolio of 15 buildings located throughout
Quebec,” declared R al Bouclin, Founding President of R seau S lection.

R seau S lection will assume the exclusive management of the building, and the company
expects to slowly implement the procedures and specific methods that
have made it a Quebec leader in retirement homes. “Le Cambridge has an
excellent reputation on Montreal’s West Island, and we plan to add some
of our practices to create a living environment that is even more
interesting and pleasant,” said Mr. Bouclin. R seau S lection acquired the building in partnership with Revera, an established leader
in senior’s accomodation, care and services with more than 90
retirement residences across Canada. This acquisition marks the first
time that the companies have worked together.
