BridgeWays Invests in Microsoft System Center Product Portfolio with the Merger of BridgeWays and Silect Software

New BridgeWays organization devoted to extending and enhancing Microsoft System Center

LAS VEGAS, April 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — BridgeWays, Inc., a leading provider of the Microsoft System Center management solution, today announced its merger with privately held Silect Software, expanding BridgeWays product portfolio for enterprise customers and partners using Microsoft System Center.

The merger brings two Microsoft Gold Partners under the BridgeWays corporate umbrella, with former Silect Software CEO Harold Dyck serving as Vice President and General Manager, and Ken Marcia as BridgeWays’ CEO. A new El Paso, Texas-based sales and marketing office headed by Fernando Cadena, EVP of Global Sales, will support the combined products and customers.
