changed its corporate name from Auctions International Inc. to
Rangemore Film Productions Corp. (“Rangemore”) effective immediately.
Shareholders do not have to take any action as the change of name will
automatically take effect on their shareholdings.

“We are pleased to finally get the name officially changed to reflect

Treasurer of Rangemore. “We now have to notify FINRA to request a new
trading symbol. The FINRA application will be going in mid next week
