The transaction closed on February 6, 2013. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Packaging Solutions, Inc., uses low-cost overseas partners to supply customers with flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC), woven polypropylene (PP) fabric in roll good form and polyester (PET) strapping, and stretch film. Packaging Solutions serves a well-diversified base of customers, operating in a variety of markets such as specialized vehicle covers, synthetic manufacturing, and distribution. The company has locations in seven states, Canada and Ireland, and has the ability to ship full container loads directly from supplier to customer, allowing easy expansion and continued growth and success.
