Winery Exchange Acquires Our Daily Red & Orleans Hill

National Brand Portfolio expansion to include Certified Organic and Sulfite-Free Wine Brands

NOVATO, Calif., Jan. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Winery Exchange announced the expansion of their National Brands Division with the acquisition of a portfolio of certified organic and sulfite-free wine brands. In addition to category leaders, Our Daily Red and Orleans Hill, the deal includes several private brands that also feature organic certification and contain no sulfites.

Our Daily Red and Orleans Hill join the California-sourced Echelon brand and the recently released Italian brand Ogio in the Winery Exchange National Brands Division. “Two years ago we made a commitment to build a distinctive portfolio of nationally distributed wine brands. The addition of these sizeable, category-leading brands demonstrates that commitment.
