Bibicoff + MacInnis to Implement Investment Community Outreach Program

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Dec. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Max Sound Corporation (OTCBB: MAXD) announced today that it has engaged Bibicoff + MacInnis, Inc., a full service investor relations and strategic planning firm, to increase investment community awareness of the Company. Bibicoff + MacInnis will initially concentrate on developing and implementing communications strategies and programs specifically targeting the retail brokerage, institutional and investment banking communities.

Max Sound is an HD Audio company that has developed and is now going to market with its proprietary technology that significantly improves the sound quality in virtually anything you listen to. With a software licensing business model, MAXD’s market is huge and includes recorded music, movies, audio books, live & televised concerts, video games, television network programming and mobile devices. MAXD’s multipronged marketing strategy includes going directly to the consumer and at the same time going to those companies that bring music and voice to the consumer… all while focusing on branding MAXD.

As the Company’s first step in going directly to the consumer, MAXD just completed the acquisition of Liquid Spins. Liquid Spins is a non-traditional digital media distribution company specializing in QR code marketing, apparel merchandising, gift cards, scratch-off codes and other creative targeted strategies that focus on selling music in areas not currently being sold. Liquid Spins has contracts with all the major record labels.

Through Liquid Spins, MAXD is aligning its technology with a significant audience of music consumers who buy their favorite music and download a free MAXD App directly from Google Play. The “App” allows music lovers around the world to listen to music the way the artists intended it to be heard. Liquid Spins has begun its first retail roll out of Music Gift Cards for the holiday season and the Liquid Spins Max Sound HD Audio App has been launched.

This summer, AEG Network Live, the world’s largest producer of live concerts, digital and 3D entertainment, used Max Sound technology for the webcast of a concert headlined by Neil Young in New York‘s Central Park. MAXD has an agreement with Qualcomm to develop its technology onto the DSP of Qualcomm’s Snap Dragon S4 processors. When successful, any of Qualcomm’s 86 OEM’s, for a licensing fee, will be able to access MAXD for their own applications.

On the branding front, the performer Pitbull has become MAXD’s Brand Ambassador. With a Pitbull MAXD HD Audio App on Google Play, Pitbull is quickly bringing the MAXD Sound quality difference to the attention of millions of his social media fans and also many who create music.
