NEW YORK, Dec. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Eclipse Intelligent Solutions (USA) Inc., the USA entity of UXC Eclipse, a business unit of UXC Limited (ASX:UXC) has announced the acquisition of the shares of Cole Systems Associates, Inc. for an undisclosed value.

As part of this acquisition, the company name will change to UXC Eclipse (USA) Inc. This new name reflects the unity between Eclipse and UXC in the USA market place and will make UXC Eclipse one of the top Microsoft Dynamics resellers in North America.

The depth of consulting skills and Microsoft Dynamics experience within Cole Systems will extend the reach of Eclipse across the US market and add to the global Eclipse team of over 400 people and base of close to 1,300 customers.

Eclipse is already well established in the Microsoft Dynamics community and has been a member of the Microsoft Inner Circle (top 1% of Microsoft Dynamics resellers world-wide) since 2001. UXC Eclipse is also a recognized winner of over twenty Microsoft awards in the past seven years – most recently 2012 Microsoft Dynamics ERP Partner of the Year in Australia, a global finalist in the Microsoft Dynamics Reseller of the Year in 2011 and winner of Microsoft Finance (ERP) Solution of the Year, Canada in 2010.

UXC Eclipse and Cole Systems share a business model that delivers end-to-end business management solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics AX, Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM.
