MONTREAL, Dec. 14, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ – Jon and Marvin Gurman confirmed
today that they have acquired the 50% of the shares previously owned by
JD Nadeau and Grace Yeh making the Gurmans the sole shareholders of
this retail self -service frozen yogurt chain. There are currently 15
corporate owned and franchise locations either opened or under
development in Montreal, Toronto, Halifax, Boston, Albany and San
Diego. Yeh! is now part of the JCorp group of companies with its head
office in Montreal.

In making this announcement Jon and Marvin emphasized that ” We are
prepared to execute our strategic plan. We will aggressively grow the
chain in the next three years. We have a great brand with a proven
record of success.”

Founded in 2008, Yeh! was first to bring the exciting experience of
self-service frozen yogurt to Canada.
