MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota announced that it has acquired Pediatric ENT Associates effective Oct. 1. With the acquisition Pediatric ENT Associates changed its name to Children’s ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery, and Children’s Cleft and Craniofacial Clinic is now integrated within the new clinic.

Located at Children’s – Minneapolis, in the Children’s Specialty Center, the two organizations have a strong history of working closely together. Dr. Sidman serves as Children’s medical director of otolaryngology/ear, nose and throat (ENT) and also plays a role with other Children’s interdisciplinary clinics including cleft/craniofacial, plagiocephaly, vascular anomalies, velocardiofacial syndrome and recurrent respiratory papillomatosis.
