Their capabilities include strong software development expertise in case management, COTS and GOTS integration, personnel security systems, and benefit systems. As part of the acquisition, Salient’s contracts portfolio will now include flexible BPAs within the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) with long-term periods of performance.
