Continental Mills, Inc. Purchases Diversified Marketing Solutions LLC including the WildRoots Brand

TUKWILA, Wash., Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Continental Mills, Inc. has acquired Diversified Marketing Solutions LLC including the WildRoots brand based in Tulsa, Oklahoma effective November 1, 2012. WildRoots products include high quality, all natural trail mixes, cereals, grain blends, nutrition bars and dried fruits, primarily sold through the club store and retail channels. The acquisition also includes the TrueBliss brand which focuses on a line of “healthy indulgence” products.
