CHICAGO, Oct. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Flexpoint Ford, LLC (“Flexpoint”), a private equity firm focused on the healthcare and financial services sectors, announced the sale of its majority stake in Home Solutions Holdings, LLC (“Home Solutions” or the “Company”) to an affiliate of KRG Capital Partners, as part of a recapitalization of the Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Northfield, NJ, Home Solutions is the leading independent provider of specialty infusion pharmacy services. Flexpoint acquired an interest in the Company in 2007.
