FARIBAULT, Minn., Oct. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — KGP Logistics, one of the country’s largest single-source providers of equipment and integrated services to the communications industry, has entered into an agreement in principle to acquire TriNet Communications, Inc. The transaction is subject to due diligence and expected to close in 2012. Terms of the transaction were not released.

TriNet Communications will be integrated with KGP Logistics’ existing supply chain operations and leverage KGP’s national distribution network to optimize all facets of the supply chain to provide customers products and services at the lowest total cost of ownership.

Based in Livermore, California for over 22 years, TriNet has been a leading nationwide distribution and logistics supplier serving the telecommunications and cable television markets.
