The merger comes after months of negotiations, says David Weinstein, Cherry Hill, NJ, but the two firms were determined to make the merger work, and so they didn’t resent the time it took to pull the deal together.

“We worked together so effectively in the past, so we knew we’d be able to do the same in the future, if we could get all the details just right,” says David Weinstein. “I think we all wanted to make sure to take all of the steps in just the right way, just to make sure that everything was perfect before we formally announced the merger.
