The Company has engaged Ardour Capital Investments, LLC to assist it with evaluating the management buy-out offer and identifying other potential opportunities and strategic alternatives for Schneider Power‘s renewable energy portfolio. Schneider Power Inc., a developer and owner of renewable energy wind farms based in Toronto, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
