LONDON, ON, July 10, 2012 /CNW/ – Buckingham Sports Properties Company,
an affiliate of The InterTech Group, Inc., today announced the
acquisition of the London Ice Park Arena.

Buckingham will immediately begin a modernization program to upgrade the
facilities which will include substantial improvements to the ice
rinks, dressing rooms, bar and restaurant and parking lot.

The property will be renamed London Sports Park.

Commenting on the acquisition, John Cook, Vice President of Buckingham
Sports, stated: “We are very excited to have the opportunity to acquire
this property and begin a major modernization program. We are looking
forward to a long-term relationship with sports enthusiasts in the
London area.”

Buckingham Sports Properties Company is the owner and operator of the
Chesswood and Westwood Arenas in Toronto and the Cambridge Sports Park
in Cambridge. Additionally, Buckingham has begun construction of a new
state-of-art 4 pad arena at Downsview Park in Toronto that is scheduled
to open in September, 2013.
