NEW YORK, June 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — David Kieselstein, CEO of Penton Media, announced today that the company has acquired Highline LP of the United Kingdom. Highline is a business and commercial aviation company that currently provides global data and sales support to Penton’s AC-U-KWIK, the leading FBO directory serving the business aviation market as well as other new products.

“The Highline/AC-U-KWIK relationship goes back many years and we are pleased to be able to integrate the two businesses and develop even more robust digital products,” said Mr. Kieselstein. “We welcome Gillian and Alain George, the founders of Highline, and their team to Penton.”

Penton’s Aviation Group includes business aviation products (AC-U-KWIK, The Air Charter Guide and Aircraft Bluebook) and commercial aviation products (ATW and SpeedNews).
