Owners of Garden State Abstract (GSA), Ann Brennan, Snyder and Ventresca executed an asset purchase agreement with principals David T. Dannheim, president, and Justin M. Steinberg, vice president, of Core Title, LLC, of Mt. Laurel, N.J., in which Core Title secured the assets of Garden State Abstract Company of Marlton, N.J.
