Ancient Grain Bar general concept from Go Pure Foods together with the equipment required to manufacture the bars. Go Pure Foods is located in Fresno, California.

Equipment acquired in the transaction will be installed in two Biscuit
Leclerc factories—the Kingsport, Tennessee facility for the fruit-based
bar segment and one of the St-Augustin-de-Desmaures factories near
Quebec City for the ancient grain bars.
