In this merger, the members of OSO were issued 50,000,000 newly issued restricted shares of Premier Beverage Group’s common stock. Post-transaction, Premier Beverage Group has 61,111,939 common shares outstanding. As soon as practicable, the Company plans to change its name formally to Premier Beverage Group Corp.
