Heath care services provider MedCath Corporation ( MDTH ) has inked a definitive deal to jettison substantially all the ass ets of its Kin gman, Arizona-based Hualapai Mountain Medical Center (“HMMC”) to Kingman Regional Medical Center (“KRMC”). Eni Talks with Libya, to Resume Ops (E) (STO)

Italian energy giant, Eni SpA ( E ) has signed a memorandum with the Libyan National Transitional Council (“NTC”) aiming to resume its hydrocarbon operations as well as to strengthen cooperation in the country. Per the agreement, both the parties will evaluate all possible conditions in order to ensure the resumption of Eni's activities in Libya’s oil and gas sector as soon as possible and to reinstate the Greenstream pipeline, bringing gas from the Libyan coast to Italy. BP Starts Production at Serrette (BP) (TOT) (XOM)

BP Trinidad and Tobago (bpTT), a member of BP plc ( BP ), commenced the production of natural gas from its 100% owned Serrette field, offshore Trinidad. Average production of natural gas, from five wells, at Serrette is estimated at 400 million standard cubic feet a day (mmscfd) of gas and associated condensate.
