NEW YORK, Aug. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Equinox Holdings, Inc. (“Equinox”) announced today that it is scheduled to post its second quarter 2011 financial results to Equinox’s secure website on Friday, August 5, 2011. A conference call to discuss the results will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. EDT.

Equinox also announced today that, pursuant to the Indenture (“Indenture”) governing the 9.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 (the “Notes”) issued by Equinox, it has issued a Current Report in connection with entering into an acquisition agreement with The Sports Club Company, Inc.

Availability of Financial Results and Conference Call Information

A quarterly report for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 (the “Q2 2011 Quarterly Report”) will be furnished pursuant to the Indenture. Equinox will post the Q2 2011 Quarterly Report on August 5, 2011 on a secure website hosted by Merrill Datasite. Access to the financial information and conference call will be available only to the following qualified parties as set forth in the Indenture: 1) holders of the Notes, 2) beneficial owners of the Notes or 3) any prospective investor in the Notes which is (a) a Qualified Institutional Buyer (“QIB”), as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and/or (b) an Institutional Accredited Investor, as defined in Rule 501(a)(1), (2), (3) or (7) under the Securities Act.

To access the Q2 2011 Quarterly Report and/or conference call, a party must pre-register and certify that it is qualified to do so. Subsequent to the posting of the Q2 2011 Quarterly Report and/or the conference call (or the posting of the related transcript), such information will be available (along with other information required to be posted by the Indenture) on our secure website.
