Pinnacle Business Products, LLC will retain its name and will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Foxfire Printing and Packaging, Inc. The deal was closed on April 15, 2011, and was led by managing directors, Don Sawyer, Sam Sumner and assistant vice president, Julie Sandoval. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
