ATLANTA, July 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm that focuses on investing in franchise and brand management companies, announced today that its affiliate has completed the acquisition of Arby’s Restaurant Group, the second largest quick-service sandwich chain in the United States with more than 3,600 restaurants.
