Kevin from Portland, OR: What would be the ideal balance between dollar-denominated and non-dollar denominated stocks, bonds, real estate, gold, silver, etc., for a 30 year old with roughly 100K liquidity? Real estate holdings are 80% LTV on $450K home and 0% LTV on a 10% positive cash flow rental worth $270K. Obviously I can’t dump either one right now.
