The announcement was made jointly by PRG Chairman & CEO Jeremiah “Jere” Harris, PRG Chief Operating Officer Kevin Baxley, and Nocturne Productions co-CEO Bob Brigham.

PRG Nocturne Productions will continue to serve Nocturne’s clients from Nocturne’s existing location, as well as from PRG’s depots throughout the world. Effective immediately, Nocturne will begin operating under the name PRG Nocturne Productions Inc. with Bob Brigham and Ron Proesel as Co-Presidents and with Paul Becher continuing in his present leadership role as Executive Vice President.
