Solera Realigns HEMI as a Result of the Explore Acquisition

(NYSE: SLH), the leading global provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry, today announced that, as part of the integration of recently acquired Explore Information Services LLC, it will realign its HEMI (Highly Established Markets Initiative) Region. “Explore expands our product and service offerings in the Region and, together with our new HEMI platform, it will enhance our ability to create more high ROI and essential software solutions for our customers,” said Tony Aquila founder, chairman and CEO of Solera.
