Duraform AP Easy Care clear coat is a polyester-based coil coating, specifically designed to offer manufacturing benefits like excellent forming flexibility, strong bonding to metal substrates and exceptional flow characteristics. Also, surfaces coated with this are resistant to fingerprints and smudges, and can be cleaned with common household cleaners, thereby providing consumers with an added advantage.
According to the authority at PPG Industries, the certification of formula-material of Duraform AP Easy Care clear coat has helped the company to meet the growing demand for NSF/ANSI-certified products. Additionally, the clear coat imparts value-added benefits to stainless-steel and aluminum appliances, which are gaining popularity in the market due to lightweight, low cost and designing options. Thus, these products can be manufactured, sold and maintained easily.
Along with Duraform AP Easy Care clear coat, PPG Industries offers Duracron white acrylic coating. Both are used for non-direct food contact applications such as in refrigerators, refrigerator trucks, ice makers, display cases, shelving and backsplashes, and are NSF/ANSI 51-certified.
