Budget Truck Rental, a unit of Avis Budget Group Inc. CAR, recently launched its redesigned website, BudgetTruck.com, which is expected to give customers a better experience when booking rental trucks.
The new site is more user-friendly and features a modernized reservation process, enabling customers to complete their bookings in just four steps, instead of six. Further, the use of responsive technology in building the site will grant customers the privilege of a flawless viewing experience across all devices, including laptops, desktops, mobiles and tablets.
Remodeling of this website is a part the company’s endeavor to enhance the experience of its truck rental customers by investing in the best technology. Earlier, the company’s efforts were reflected in initiatives like the introduction of new mobile applications and enhancement to website infrastructure for its brands providing customers a host of new mobile options and features, at considerably faster speed.
Budget Truck Rental, a leading truck rental company in the United States, serves both the consumer and light commercial sectors. It carries out operations across the continental United States through a network of nearly 1,500 corporate-owned and dealer locations.
The company offers 10-foot, 16-foot and 24-foot trucks with ramps or lift gates. With the cleanest and best-maintained fleet, it also provides a wide range of products like furniture pads and dollies, boxes, tape, plastic cushioning wrap and rope, to make moving easier.

HTZ, has been focused on taking its Budget brand forward. The company recently penned a deal with Barloworld Ltd. to operate its Budget Car Rental brand in southern Africa. Prior to this, it had bought the Budget licensee for Southern California and Las Vegas.
Further, it had acquired the license for Budget Car & Truck Rental in Edmonton in Alberta, Canada earlier in 2014, apart from directly starting operations of a Budget Car Rental brand in Portugal.
