CINCINNATI, Jan. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced the acquisition of Plaza Farmington, Quivira Crossings and Crossroads of Shakopee.

Plaza Farmington is a 140,803 square foot grocery store-anchored shopping center in Farmington, New Mexico, the economic and regional hub of the Four Corners region which includes portions of Colorado, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico. Plaza Farmington is anchored by Safeway, the number one grocer by market share in the Farmington area, and features a fuel center. Other national tenants at the center include Best Buy, Petco, and TJ Maxx.

Quivira Crossings is an 111,304 square foot grocery store-anchored shopping center in Overland Park, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City. Quivira Crossings is anchored by Price Chopper. Other national and regional tenants at the center include State Farm, Just for Hair, and Plato’s Closet.

Crossroads of Shakopee is a 140,949 square foot grocery store-anchored shopping center in Shakopee, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis. The center is anchored by Cub Foods, the number one grocer by market share in the Minneapolis metropolitan statistical area. Crossroads of Shakopee also features national and regional tenants Great Clips, The UPS Store, Subway, One Main Financial, Papa Murphy’s, Planet Fitness, and Mathnasium.
