CHICAGO, Oct. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Brennan Investment Group, LLC, a private real estate investment firm that acquires and operates industrial properties on a national basis, announced its acquisition of 1680 Carillon Boulevard in Forest Park, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati. The 149,760 square foot institutional quality facility was designed and constructed for National Bedding Company, LLC (“NBC”) in 2004 under a long term net lease. NBC uses the facility to assemble and distribute Serta mattresses. The acquisition also included additional land for future expansion of the building.
