HOUSTON, March 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — FIMA, Inc. (a Texas Corporation) (OTCPK: FIMA) today announced that the merger between FIMA, Inc., and International Spirit & Beverage Group (ISGB), is complete as the action has been approved by the office of the Texas Secretary of State.
