“We’re proud that EBJ recognized POWER for our acquisition of BRE and the formation of POWER Burns and Roe”, said Bret Moffett, Executive Vice President of POWER Engineers. “It’s a win, every way you look at it. As a result of this acquisition we are able to offer our clients a very complete suite of services in the power generation, power delivery, and environmental disciplines.”

“Some acquisitions can be difficult,” added Gerry Murray, Executive Vice President of POWER Burns and Roe. “But this team came together amazingly well. The cultures of the two companies are a great fit, and more importantly, the people have similar mindsets. We were able to keep our focus on our clients instead of managing internal issues.”

The 2014 EBJ awards will be presented at the Environmental Industry Summit XIII in San Diego, Calif. on March 11-13, 2015.
