ORCHARD, Texas, March 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Oxygen Orchard, Inc. and Indocan Resources, Inc. have entered into an agreement to pursue a reverse merger between the two companies, with Oxygen Orchard becoming the surviving entity, and located at 10624 Highway 36, Orchard, Texas, 77464.

Founded in 2000, the Company manufactures and markets its original product, The Big Pitcher, and other consumer and business-to-business products in various stages of development, all of which oxygenate drinking water.
