Mads H. Syversen, Managing Director Mads Syversen was previously the Managing Director of SEB and SEB Enskilda in Norway. He worked in SEB and its Norwegian predecessor Orkla Finans for more than twenty years; initially as a broker and eventually as one of the most experienced corporate finance professionals in the country.
Petter Bakken, Head of Corporate Finance Petter Bakken was previously Head of Corporate Finance at SEB Enskilda Norway. He has twenty years of experience from the investment banking industry and has gathered perhaps the most experienced corporate finance team in Norway into Arctic Securities.
Jon Gunnar Pedersen, Corporate Finance Jon Gunnar Pedersen most recently worked as a financial adviser to DnB NOR on its strategic acquisitions, as well as to the Norwegian government on its IPO and stock exchange related activities. Prior to that he was a director in Orkla Finans/Enskilda Oslo and London, and was consistently ranked Norway’s top financial sector analyst. Gaute Eie, Head of Equities Gaute Eie was previously a broker with Carnegie, ABN Alfred Berg and Enskilda; both in Oslo and in London. He has also worked as equity research analyst at Carnegie. In Arctic Securities, he heads one of Norway’s largest and most experienced equities teams.
Anders E. Eide, Head of Structured Solutions and High Yield Anders Eide joined from the position as head of Danske Markets in Norway, having previously headed the Nordic structured finance team at J.P. Morgan in London for twelve years. The risk management and structured finance skills of Anders’ team are unique among Norwegian brokers.
HISTORY Arctic Securities ASA (organisation number 991125175) was established in April 2007, and granted licence by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Kredittilsynet) 19 June 2007. Arctic Securities started trading securities in August 2007.
